Real Madrid have handed a fresh deal to Enzo Alves, known to many for being the son of Marcelo Vieira, the legendary Brazilian left-back who left the club after 15 seasons two summers ago.

Marcelo is currently featuring for Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but Alves has remained at Real Madrid where he continues to impress in their youth ranks. The 14-year-old is the top scorer at his age group with 17 goals this season for Los Blancos, who are joint-top of the league with Atletico Madrid. He has also made his debut for Spain’s under-15s recently, and scored in just his second appearance, to take La Roja to a tournament win over Scotland in a 3-1 win.

Alves has been handed a new contract until 2027, as per Diario AS, the maximum that he can sign at his age. While most sons of footballers have their work cut out, Alves certainly looks more promising than most at this age.
